About

A practical partner for your first steps with AI.

BayKolm is named in tribute to Thomas Bayes and Andrey Kolmogorov, whose work made enduring contributions to probability, statistics, and the ideas behind modern AI.

We work with small businesses in traditional industries, starting with the processes their teams already know. We focus on reducing repetitive administration, making information easier to use, and helping staff review AI outputs with confidence.

BayKolm is a founder-led company at an early stage. We would rather say that plainly than imply a scale we have not yet earned.

Foundations

Foundations of Probability.

From Bayes’ inference to Kolmogorov’s axioms, probability gives intelligence a language for uncertainty.

A pioneer whose work gave us a principled way to update belief in the light of evidence.

Posterior belief · sequential updating

Andrey Kolmogorov

A central architect of modern probability theory and its rigorous mathematical language.

Example application · Inspection services

AI assistance for component inspection teams.

For a company supplying outsourced inspectors to traditional businesses, a focused pilot could support the team inspecting mechanical and electrical components. Start with the documentation around inspections and keep technical decisions with qualified staff.

  1. 01

    Prepare checklists

Draft inspection checklists from customer specifications and approved procedures, with source references for inspectors to verify.

  2. 02

    Draft inspection reports

Organize inspector notes, recorded measurements, and photo references into the existing report template for review.

  3. 03

    Flag gaps before submission

Highlight missing readings, units, evidence, and inconsistencies for the inspector to resolve before issuing the report.

Illustrative pilot, not a completed client case study. Inspectors verify source requirements and measurements, approve reports, and retain all acceptance decisions. Pilot results can be assessed through reporting time, corrections required, and reviewer feedback.

We are early. Current engagements are scoped directly with our founder, and we take on a small number at a time.

Approach

Start small. Learn quickly. Build what matters.

  1. Find the valuable workflow

We look for the specific, repetitive work where a small intervention changes the outcome — not the widest possible use case.

  2. Prototype a practical solution

We build the smallest thing that can be used on real work, with clear limits, so it can be judged honestly.

  3. Measure, learn, and improve

We measure against the original problem, keep what works, and are willing to stop what does not.

BayKolm works iteratively and responsibly. We do not promise guaranteed outcomes, and we will tell you when AI is not the right answer.
